Hypercrete Super Plus

Hypercrete Super Plus

HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is polycarboxylic ether based advanced superplasticizer which is specially developed for workability retention of any slump concrete. The product could be used for virtually any type of readymix concreting where the slump retention is important
HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is compatible with all types of cements and other mineral admixtures. HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is free of chlorides and meets the requirements of ASTM C494Type G,BS 5075, BSEN934-2. Sulfonic groups of Naphthalene or Melamine based admixtures which adsorbed on to the cement particles induce a negative charge and repulse each other and increase the workability. With a similar mechanism, but unlike sulfonic groups, the lateral chains of the main polymer of polycarboxylic ether induce a steric hindrance with strong repulsive force which in turn increases the workability ofthe cement paste.

SPECIAL ADVANTAGES
  • Well researched and developed product to be used with manufacturing sand & Offshore sand, HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS enhances the softness of the concrete and extremely resistant to bleeding and segregation
  • Higher concrete density and very low permeability.
  • Higher strength

ADVANTAGES
  • Longer slump retention for any slump or flow range
  • Reduce bleeding & segregation.
  • Reduce shrinkage and creep
  • Reduces porosity and hence permeability of hardened concrete.
  • Rheoplasticity leads to a densely compacted durable concrete at hardened state
  • Esthetically attractive surface texture and sound finish.
  • Very high water reduction and thereby low permeability and shrinkage.
  • Less pumping pressure and ease of pumping.
  • Helps in hot weather concreting.
  • Low Air Content

COMPATIBILITY

HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is compatible with mineral admixtures such as Silica Fumes, Fly Ash, GGBFS and chemical admixtures such as waterproofing admixture, Air entraining agents and corrosion inhibiting agents. HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is compatible with lignosulphonate based admixture and not compatible with naphthalene admixtures.

DIRECTIONS TO USE

HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS should be dispensed into the pre measured total water quantity. This helps the admixture to be mixed homogeneously in the concrete. It should not come into contact with dry cement or other admixture until they are mixed in the concrete.Agitate theliquidwellpriortouse

DOSAGE

The optimum dosage should be determined by site trials with particular raw materials. As a guide HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is normally used at a dosage 600ml to 1500ml per 100kg of cement. However for specific requirements dosages outside the above could be used.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS is supplied in 205L drums 1000L IBC tank or in bulks tankers of 2400L. HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS has a shelf life of 12 months in its unopened drums. All admixtures shallbestoredunder shade.

SAFETY AND HANDLING

HYPERCRETE SUPER PLUS does not contain any hazardous chemicals and nontoxic. But it is recommended that safety glows are used in handling the product.
